Neuro is definitely a bitch. The more I study, the more I realize we are just encountering the tip of a very large iceberg. Test on Monday and once again I am feeling a little "special" today.

On my very first morning of medical school, I dropped a very large mirror. A SIX foot tall mirror. Just so happens, medical school plus three years of residency equals 7. Lets see what happens. Not a good start.

Good luck on your exam! Neuro is definitely the tip of a large iceberg. Thank goodness it's possible to answer questions correctly even without the deeper understanding that only time & experience (and review/more study, ha) will bring.
I'm going to keep the same thing in mind as I study for my OB/Gyn shelf this week...3 weeks of vertigo plus moving hasn't exactly produced my finest study moments!
